Paid packages provide access to the generation features described at checkout at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights needed to process, transform, store, and deliver your generated headshots.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or violates the privacy or rights of others.

Features, pricing, and service offerings may change over time as we improve the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadshotMagic.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant purchase.
